Meet Logo/Artwork must be submitted a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the event. You may also ask the company for assistance creating artwork.
Ask rep for your final deadline to submit your final awards order to allow time for prep and shipping.

Your meet must be posted on MeetMaker as soon as possible. Registration must be open at least 8 weeks prior to your event date to allow ample time for registration.

Payment for the head tax must be received by the SPAAU Committee within 30 days after your meet. $2.00 per gymnast registered in your meet.
