How can I view and/or edit my roster details

Log into Meetmaker. Click on "My Gym" and then "My Roster" You may add a gymnast or a coach. You may also click the edit button to the left of the name to edit name, member number or level.

Can I edit my team entry into a competition?

Yes. Login to your account. Click on "My Events". Select "View Registrations" to review and/or edit the entry you've already submitted OR select "Add new registration" to add additional athletes to the competition.

When will the host receive payment for their meet registration?

Disbursements to event directors occur weekly for event registration fees collected, minus any fees due to MeetMaker for services rendered, when

1) The accrued amount due reaches $2,500.00 OR 2) The regular registration period has ended.

Is there an option to receive payment for competition registration in the form of a check?

There is no paper option for Disbursements. The disbursements will have to go to a checking account

If an athlete or club decides not to participate in an event for whatever reason, how does a refund

All refunds are issued by the meet director. Meetmaker has meets all over the country with different organizations and they all do not have a uniform refund policy. We have a list of gymnast that scratch in the meet directors page as well as a scratch report with amount they paid and the date they scratched, for the meet director to see.

Does Meetmaker work with Pro-Score to upload athletes, their levels, etc?

Yes. You may use a file download from Meetmaker to upload with Procore but there is also an option of using a sync button in Pro-Score that will load all gymnast and record changes after registration. Meetmaker will also sync with ScoreKing, and have file to load into ScoreMaster.

If I want to accept late entries, how do I set up the late fee?

Yes, If you have a late fee in level grid of the meet WIZARD (setup) then when the late period starts (12:00:01 AM) the late fee is automatically added to the registration fee. This can be charged by one fee per registration for the club or by a fee added for each individual gymnast.
